Skyward, Ltd. is constantly measuring performance to improve customer satisfaction. Our quality management approach is tailored to meet contract requirements, develop meaningful and actionable metrics and perform analysis on trends in performance data that could lead to identification of risks adversely impacting Seaport-e.

With each task, Skyward develops Technical Performance Metrics, which are performance measurements and management evaluations that are used to continuously monitor the scope of our support services and the organization’s ability to perform within prescribed acceptable technical, cost, schedule and management limits. To ensure a positive trend of continuous improvement, Skyward establishes quality objectives, and measures performance trends using management reviews, internal audits, analysis of data, and through our corrective and preventive action processes.
